Rev. Clement has returned to Faith And The City and this leadership initiative following a two-year appointment as Dean of Spiritual and Ethical Life at Deerfield Academy (MA). She is ordained in the United Church of Christ and student/teacher of the practices that make for thriving families, congregations, communities and organizations. Rev. Dr. M. Frances Baldwin

Frances Baldwin, Ed.D., is an organization and leadership development consultant with more than 30 years experience. Her clients have included: the U.S. Navy Bureau of Personnel; the City of Palo Alto, California; Exxon Corporation, Exxon Chemicals Europe, Kodak, the U.S. Postal Service and Commonwealth Edison Nuclear Utilities. The hallmark of her work is the “practical translation of models and theory to personal style and the context in which” organizations and persons actually exist. Dr. Baldwin earned her doctorate from the University of Massachusetts and the M.Ed. from the University of Miami. She may be reached at muryah@msn.com.
