Are gender and race still significant factors in the workplace? In housing? Are they factors for you, personally? Are the rich really growing richer, and the poor poorer? Do too many people have too much, while too many others have nearly nothing? Or, maybe some folks just need to work harder. Is there really enough opportunity to go around?
